XVII National Materials Congress (CNMAT 2024)

The National Materials Congress (CNMAT) constitutes the most relevant forum in Spain to learn about our own and others' advances in the different aspects of knowledge about materials, from processing and manufacturing to microstructural characterization and behavioral properties of structural materials, functional, of construction, biomaterials, nanostructured materials, etc., including all families, ceramics, polymeric, metallic and composite. High-Temperature Corrosion and Protection of Materials (HTCPM 2024)

The international symposium on high temperature corrosion and materials protection (HTCPM) focuses on sharing current research and scientific knowledge on high temperature corrosion and materials protection. It is celebrated every 4 years on the island of Embiez, France, and is organized jointly by several institutions: University of Technology of Compiègne, France (UTC), el Oak Ridge National Laboratory, EE. UU. International Conference on Metallurgical Coatings and Thin Films (ICMCTF 2024)

In celebration of the 50th International Conference on Metallurgical Coatings and Thin Films (ICMCTF 2024), held at the Town & Country Resort, San Diego, California, EE. European Federation of Corrosion Workshop (EFC 2023)

COCO working group presented poster at European Corrosion Federation event (EFC) dedicated to high temperature corrosion and oxidation and held from 25 al 29 September 2023 en Marktheidenfeld, Germany. on the poster, of title "New slurry coating developments for resisting molten carbonate corrosion at 650ºC and 700ºC", The results of the tests carried out with carbonate salts on the slurry coatings were shown., and it was a collaboration between the National Institute of Aerospace Technology (INTA), from Spain, and the Raimod Castaing Microcharacterization Center in Toulouse, France.
